The Honest CNG Driver

Ruhul Amin was a CNG driver. He was only 25 years old. One day, a foreign woman hired his CNG. She went to a hotel. When she got down, she forgot her purse in the CNG.

After some time, Ruhul Amin saw the purse. He opened it carefully. There was money, a passport, and some cards inside it. He thought, “This purse is not mine. I must return it.”

He went back to the hotel. The foreign woman was very worried. When Ruhul Amin gave her the purse, she became very happy.

After driving for some time, he saw the purse on the back seat. He opened it carefully. There was a lot of money, a passport, and some important cards inside it. Ruhul thought, “The woman must be very worried. I must return this purse.”

He stopped his CNG and went back to the hotel. The foreign woman was standing near the gate. She looked very sad and afraid. Ruhul Amin gave her the purse and said, “Madam, you left this in my CNG.”

The woman became very happy. She thanked him with tears in her eyes. She wanted to give him a reward. Ruhul smiled and said, “No, madam. I only did the right thing.” Everyone praised his honesty.

Ruhul Amin was a CNG driver. He was only 25 years old. He lived with his parents in a small house. His family was poor, but Ruhul was a good and honest young man. Every day, he drove his CNG from morning to night to earn money.

One day, a foreign woman hired his CNG from a busy road. She had a small travel bag and a purse. She asked Ruhul to take her to a hotel. Ruhul drove slowly and carefully because the road was crowded. After some time, they reached the hotel. The woman paid the fare and got down quickly. She was busy with her travel bag. So she forgot her purse on the back seat.

Ruhul Amin did not notice the purse at once. He started driving again. After a few minutes, he looked back and saw the purse. He stopped his CNG and opened it carefully. There was a lot of money, a passport, and some cards inside it. For a moment, he thought about his poor family. But soon he said to himself, “This purse is not mine. The woman may be in great trouble without her passport.”

So Ruhul turned his CNG and went back to the hotel. The foreign woman was standing near the gate. She was very worried. Ruhul went to her and said, “Madam, you left your purse in my CNG.” The woman opened the purse and saw everything inside.

She became very happy. She thanked Ruhul again and again. She wanted to give him a big reward. But Ruhul said, “Please do not worry. I only did my duty.” The hotel manager also praised him. Ruhul returned home with peace in his heart. His honesty gave his country a good name.
