Saving a Drowning Boy

Short Version

Last Sunday, I went to a river to take a bath. Some boys were also bathing there. Suddenly, one boy went into deep water and cried for help. The strong current was carrying him away.

I quickly swam towards him. I caught his hand, held his head above the water, and brought him to the river bank.

By that time, many people had gathered there. They helped me take care of the boy. At first, he was not conscious. After some time, he began to move and slowly became better.

Soon, his parents came there. They were very happy to see their child alive. They thanked me for saving him.

Then I called a taxi, and the boy was taken to a hospital. Everyone praised me for helping him.

Moral: We should help people in danger.

While I was near the bank, I suddenly heard someone shouting for help. I looked around and saw a young boy in deep water. He was struggling to keep his head above the surface, and the strong current was carrying him farther away.

I knew that there was no time to waste. I quickly swam towards him. When I reached him, I caught his hand and held his head above the water.

The boy was very weak and frightened. I told him not to struggle. Then I slowly pulled him towards the river bank.

By the time we reached the bank, many people had gathered there. They helped me lift the boy out of the water.

At first, he was unconscious. The people around us tried to help him breathe and kept him lying safely. After some time, he began to move and slowly opened his eyes.

Soon, his parents arrived. They had been very worried and were overjoyed to see their child alive. They thanked me again and again.

To make sure the boy was safe, I called a taxi, and he was taken to a hospital for a medical check.

Everyone praised the rescue, but I was simply happy that I had been able to help someone in danger.
