All forms of exercise are not equally suitable to all. For the young, all kinds of games such as football, hockey, cricket, tennis are quite good. For the women, badminton and table tennis are quite nice. On the other hand, walking is good for the weak and the old.  

               

The morning and the evening are the best time for taking physical exercise. Physical exercise should be taken in the open air. No exercise should be taken in empty stomach or just after taking meal. We should take exercise regularly. But we should also remember that over exercise causes harm to our health.

One can cope with them if one has physical fitness and mental strength. Indeed, a sound mind in a sound body is necessary for success in life.
